A single, low-friction day — often UK-based
The reset without the travel commitment. A generous, well-paced day for teams not yet ready for a multi-day retreat abroad — and often the beginning of something longer the following year.
04 — Leadership Retreats
Senior and executive teams only
Discreet, high-touch and closer to a private members' experience than a training course. Room for the conversations leadership teams don't get to have in a boardroom — held somewhere that quietly earns their trust.
05 — Corporate Wellbeing Days
A dedicated day — or two — centred on the wellbeing of your team, drawn from a curated menu rather than a fixed itinerary. A group coming out of a high-pressure quarter might lean into stress management, sound bath and yoga. A team navigating friction might lean into conflict work and coaching.
